Through breath, movement, and cold water and heated sauna, Waterflow reconnects you with breath in nature and to yourself. An outdoor immersion where breath meets water and flow and heat through sauna.

Bliss
Breath low intensity sculpt and sauna.
Bliss is a breath-led, low-intensity interval and weight-based strength practice performed under infrared heat, where every rep is guided by your inhale and exhale. Blending the grounding focus of yoga with the sculpting power of weights, this hour-long practice makes 45 minutes of strength through presence, not pace.
No cardio, no HIIT, just conscious reps that connect body and breath. The practice closes with a 15-minute sauna flow session to release, restore, and reset, with a complimentary cold water plunge.
