We reserve the right to:

• Modify prices, content, or availability at any time;

• Deny access to the website or Services at our discretion.

All Services are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are stated in South African Rand (ZAR) and include Value-Added Tax (VAT) unless otherwise indicated.

Payments may be made through approved gateways as displayed on the website.

​4. Cancellations, Refunds, and Rescheduling

• Subscriptions or bookings may be cancelled via your account dashboard or by contacting us directly.

• Refunds will be considered in line with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA), particularly where services have not been provided or are defective.

• For any class or session cancellations, 12-hour notice is required. Failure to cancel within this period may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

• Beyond Breath reserves the right to cancel any class or subscription and will issue refunds where applicable.
   

5. Health and Safety Disclaimer
By participating in any Beyond Breath session, you confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to do so. You acknowledge that:

• Our classes involve physical activity and participation is entirely at your own risk.

• Beyond Breath, its instructors, and affiliates are not liable for injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation, except where such liability cannot be excluded under South African law.

• You must inform your instructor of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations prior to participating.
   

6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights on this website - including text, design, images, videos, and course materials - are owned by Beyond Breath or licensed for our use.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written consent.

7. User Conduct
You agree not to:

• Use this website for any unlawful purpose;

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, servers, or customer data;

• Engage in conduct that may damage or impair the website or its users.

Beyond Breath reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of South Africa (or such lower court with appropriate jurisdiction).
